Sixth Floor Northwest

Interpretive Digital Imaging

Nikon D7000 18-135mm @ 50mm ISO 800 3-bkts f/22 Lr3, HEP1, TpzSim; PsCS5

This is the same building as last Tuesday’s image.  I simply wanted to showcase the stone work and the detail in the pediment, and I love all of the geometric shapes.  Did some simplification of all of the large objects and masked back detail in the pediment and the bas relief in the sixth floor left corner.

  1. Lovely shot, Wayne. Really digging the contrast between the sky and the awesome earth tones of the building. Nice work, man.

    • Thanks, Jimi. I really do like isolating small details of larger objects.

  2. Blends well. You could miss the fact that it has a painted look to it almost. That’s a good thing sometimes. Nice job.
